THE QUICK ANSWER

Unlock the Workbench at shop level 7, prepare a 50-card deck and approach a lone customer waiting at a play table. The official PC instruction is right mouse button; controller users use the right face button.

Start at the Workbench

The Workbench contains both the rulebook and deck editing. Follow its current instructions when a guide or an older screenshot differs. Read a card’s full effect in your installed build instead of treating the artwork as enough information.

The deck planner checks your entered counts and records missing cards. It does not connect to the game or verify every card identity.

The opening rules

The developer introduction specifies 50 cards, no more than four copies of one named card, a five-card opening hand and one mulligan. Players begin with 500 Tamer Points and four face-down Guardian cards.

Use the opening-hand calculator to explore consistency before the mulligan. It is a mathematical model, not a battle simulator.

Think about a turn in advance

Read your hand before committing a card. Ask what can help now, what needs another card first and what you hope to draw next. Keep a short note after a loss: was the problem missing setup, misreading an effect or choosing a poor placement?

Four elemental areas affect combat. Evolution also needs the appropriate preceding Tetramon. The developer introduction says a newly played Basic must wait a turn before evolving; later evolutions can chain.

Learn from one change at a time

Keep your first plan simple enough to explain in one sentence. After a few duels, change a small part of the list and record why. A card being rare or valuable does not by itself establish that it fits your plan.

Our beginner deck workflow focuses on this process. We do not label an untested list as a winning deck.

QUICK ANSWERS

Good questions. Clear answers.

Can I play against real people in the original game?

The official 1.0 FAQ describes NPC opponents and no near-term multiplayer plans. That is different from unofficial mod functionality.

Does this site let me play the full game in my browser?

No. This is an independent guide and companion-tools site, not a browser version or a game download.
