Start with a manageable product range, keep stock available and protect your reorder budget. At shop level 7, the Workbench opens up the playable Tetramon side of the game.

Before opening
Give each stocked product an obvious place and keep your checkout easy to reach. Walk the route from storage to shelf to register yourself: awkward placement becomes much more noticeable when you repeat it all day.
Set aside enough cash for another order. A rare pull is an uncertain bonus; it should not be the plan that keeps your shelves stocked.
During the day
Watch the actual bottleneck. An empty shelf needs stock, a busy register needs attention, and an overcomplicated floor plan needs simplifying. Solve one of these before spending on another decorative display.
Use the profit calculator to separate product markup from margin. Enter your own purchase costs and expected sales; its numbers are a planning scenario, not a simulation of customer buying behavior.
Collect with a budget
Decide how many packs you can afford to open after reserving the next delivery and operating costs. Keep cards you intend to collect or use, and make selling decisions separately from the excitement of a new pull.
There is no verified universal percentage on this site for what you should open or sell. Your available cash and current goals are more useful than an invented perfect ratio.
A simple end-of-day review
Write down what ran out, what tied up cash and what slowed you down. Change one thing tomorrow and compare the result. The goal is a routine you understand, rather than copying a large late-game shop you cannot yet support.
When you reach level 7, move to the Workbench guide. Read the in-game rules before starting your first duel.
Good questions. Clear answers.
Should I open every pack?
Not as a default strategy. Treat pack opening as a separate collection budget rather than spending the cash needed to restock.
